Hajimemashite!
I am a certified Japanese into English translator by the American Translators Association. I first moved to Japan in 1997, and have been monitoring my health through these examinations every year since. In fact, the primary reason my wife and I chose to settle here is because of the high quality and affordability of this nation’s fantastic healthcare system.
Due to their affordability, these types of full diagnostic examinations are common practice in Japan, where they are known as ningen dokku, or “human docks.” Just as you would dock a ship to inspect it before its next voyage, many Japanese “dock” their bodies for an annual checkup before continuing with their daily lives.
Checkup Japan™ is the first service of its kind. Through it, I am pleased to be able to use my translation and interpretation expertise and my knowledge of the industry to help share with others the same medical benefits I have been enjoying year after year. I look forward to your visit!
